RERC RVPN Petition for Preliminary Expenditure Approval FY 2024-25

Background:

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. (in short “RVPN” or ‘Petitioner’), had filed this Petition on dated 08.11.2024, under section 86 of the electricity act, 2003 read with Regulation 4 of RERC (investment approval) regulations, 2006 for approval of preliminary expenditure for the schemes declared in state government budget announcement and other Scheme sanctioned/ to be sanctioned as per system requirement in FY 2024-25 within the ceiling limit of approved investment plan 2024-25.
