The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC or Commission), in the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 86(1) (e) Read with section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) prepared the following Regulations ('the Draft Regulations‘), namely:
"Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026”
