In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 181 (zd), (ze), (zf), and (zp) of sub-section (2) read along with Sections 61 and 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby publishes the following draft Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Conventional Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2026 for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, as required under sub-section (3) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
