Background: UJVN Ltd. has filed a present Review Petition dated 30.06.2026 for review of Commission’s Suo-moto Order dated 04.06.2026 in Petition no. 18 of 2026 (Suo-moto) (“Impugned Order”) passed by the Commission in the Suo-moto proceedings in the matter of review of benchmark capital cost and generic tariff/capacity charges for solar energy based power plants and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), under Section 94(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (“the Act”) read with Section 144, Order XLVII of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 and Regulation 54 read with Regulation 59 of the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business), Regulations, 2014.
