1. In terms of regulation 2.6 of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2011, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tariff Regulations'), the generating companies or the licensees, as the case may be, are subjected to Annual Performance Review (in short 'APR').
